The Chinese fulfillment giant Shenzhen CNstorm E-commerce Co.,Ltd., (the brand owner of CNstorm and ChinaDivision) held their 2016 annual meeting on December 10th, at Jiangmen, China. All staff of operating department attended. The meeting focused on improving team spirit and working efficiency, aimed to provide more quality services to their customers in 2017.
CNstorm is the expert on China fulfillment and global shipping from China services, in the past three years, CNstorm has been focus on the global market, extended their business to over 150 countries and areas, providing quality services to over 1,000,000 clients among the global. With the rapid expansion of the market and the characteristics of the industry, the logistics, marketing, customer service team of CNstorm were working under great tension. The complexity of daily missions requires good communication and capability of all teams. This annual meeting builds a platform of communication for the relative staff and makes it possible for colleagues in different teams to share the experiences and difficulties accumulated in the past year, which not only lays the solid foundation for providing more customized fulfillment service for clients, but also increases the team cohesion, and deepen the understanding of CNstorm corporate values.
The meeting lasts two days, besides sharing and communication, the teams also reviewed the sales and services in 2016, and worked out the development goals of next year.
